Please check that the screw at the bottom of the glass rice container is tightened. Use the glass measuring cup to measure the rice by aligning it with the opening beforehand.
Why didn’t I see the glass measuring cup when the package arrived?

The glass measuring cup was completely wrapped in foam and placed in the center of the package. Please check carefully upon receipt.
